Hi, my name is Katharina,
and I love to eat!

My interest in nutrition grew out of my love for food and the belief that it can be incredibly powerful medicine for healing and prevention. I have always had a strong desire to feed people, and I love creating meals that taste good and feel good. My creativity around food is a big part of what I bring into my practice.
Like many people, I spent years navigating diet culture, confusing advice, and not fully understanding how much my food choices affected my health. Studying nutrition helped me reconnect to food in a way that felt sustainable, realistic, and supportive.
A big part of why I’m drawn to working with older adults comes from watching my mom go through a long stretch of unexplained gut issues. For a long time she couldn’t keep food down, saw multiple doctors, and felt scared and stuck. With the limited knowledge I had then, I helped her use therapeutic foods, gentle additions, and stress and sleep support, and slowly, she began to heal and trust food again. That experience showed me, on a personal level, how overwhelming it can feel when your body changes and you’re not sure why, and how meaningful the right nutrition support can be.
Today, I combine my culinary background, personal experience, and evidence-based nutrition training to support my clients. My approach is weight-inclusive and non-restrictive, and I focus on addition– adding nutrients, adding movement, adding connection, and adding joy. I meet you where you are, and respect your preferences, your dislikes, your culture, and your traditions. I want nutrition to feel accessible and practical, something that brings ease into your life rather than stress.
Together, we focus on small, meaningful shifts that help you stay consistent and feel more supported, energized, and confident in your body.

Food is at the center of so much: health, connection, tradition, and daily life.
My mission is to help you get the most out of it, so you can feel your best now and for years to come.
