Credentials

I hold an MS in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and am currently pursuing my Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification I’m completing my CNS hours under the supervision of The Nutrition and Herbal Collective, working closely with six experienced nutrition professionals who provide mentorship and guidance. My goal is to accept insurance once I have my CNS.   

 

I combine my clinical nutrition training with a love for real, practical food to help clients build habits that support health, enjoyment, and sustainability.

When we work together, our first session is all about you—your story, your goals, and where you’d like to feel better in your health and daily life. We’ll look at your current routines, food preferences, and lifestyle so any changes feel realistic and sustainable. From there, I’ll help you choose a few simple, doable steps to get started right away.

 

Between sessions, you’ll have my support and guidance as you put things into practice. I believe in progress over perfection—small, steady changes that add up to lasting results. Our work together is a collaboration, with me providing the tools, encouragement, and accountability you need to feel confident and supported on your journey.
